We finally celebrated Nana’s birthday (although it was a week belated)! I made a tapas styled meal complete with a hummus plate, Moroccan chicken skewers, kofte with garlic raita, sauteed garlic shrimp, roasted cauliflower with dill, couscous, and a blood orange chocolate cheesecake. Max was a bit cranky but perked up for dessert. Nana and Grandpa have been so helpful watching Max this past week. This is really the least we could do. Thanks Nana and Grandpa!
