Budget Meal: Seared Pork Chop with Bacon Sauerkraut and Homemade Spaetzle

With the pork chops I got on sale last week, combined with store bought sauerkraut and homemade spaetzle, this meal works out to about $2.25 per portion.  (Not including the Lionshead Beer to accompany it.)

Spaetzle recipe that I used.  (I added a bit of diced onion when I sauteed the spaetzle in the butter.)
