Pan-Seared Filet with Orange-Chipotle Pan Sauce

I saw this on /r/foodporn and decided to give it a try. The sauce ended up being very spicy, so I would use a small amount of chipotle at first and then adding more after you taste it.

Add a small amount of oil to pan. Sear meat on all sides over high heat. Finish in oven and let rest before slicing. In the same pan, reduce heat and add some minced shallots and cook until tender. Deglaze the pan with some about 1 1/2 cups of beef stock. Add 1/4 cup of orange juice and the juice of 1/2 lime. Add some chopped chipotles and some of the sauce from the can. Add cilantro and reduce sauce until thick. Remove from heat and whisk in 1T of butter.
